At All Gas No Brakes, every tee is made in small batches for an independent streetwear brand, so we handle returns a bit differently than a big box store. Here’s how we keep things fair for you and sustainable for us.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. After 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Final Sale & Custom Print Items
Because many of our designs are printed to order, custom prints, clearance items, and anything marked Final Sale at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Printed Items
We inspect every order before it ships, but mistakes happen. If your tee arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Request an exchange rather than a refund whenever possible. Swaps are quicker for a small team like ours and get you back in your AGNB gear faster.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping on non-defective returns. Please use a trackable shipping method, since we can’t issue a refund or exchange for a return that never reaches us. Defective or mis-shipped orders ship back on us, free of charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm it’s approved. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email us with your order number, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason why. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address within one business day.
